Beach Huts
Southwold is my favourite East Anglia haunt. There's a kind of magic there for me, a 'spirit of place' that's easy to fall in love with. These beach huts are just one of the elements that go together to create this feeling of 'belonging'. It felt to me as though this scene was welcoming us in to the space, through the dunes and on to the beach beyond. I could while away hours sitting beside one of these beach huts staring at the ocean, forgetting about life for a while. That's the alchemy of Southwold.
